1. DRINK WARM LEMON WATER

First off drinking water throughout the day is one of the most important things you can do to stay healthy. Being chronically dehydrated is a massive issue for many people who don’t even realize that their headache, constipation, bowel issues, food cravings, skin blemishes, etc, often times come from not being fully hydrated. A good rule of thumb is to drink half of your body weight in ounces. So let’s say you’re a 110 pound woman, then you should strive to drink 50 ounces of water per day.
