Ingredients:

1/2 cup Mighty Fast coconut oil

1/2 cup peanut or any nut butter

3 large bananas, firm (not mushy)

1/2 cup raw cacao or cocoa powder

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

optional: 1/4 cup each shredded coconut, chopped nuts, hemp seeds

Preparation:

After infusing coconut oil in The Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. In a medium sized pan on medium low heat add coconut oil and warm until melted. Add in cacao or cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla and immediately remove pan from heat. Stir until chocolate is well combined. Allow chocolate to cool to room temperature. In another small pan on medium low heat warm peanut or nut butter until warm, stirring constantly, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Peel bananas and discard peels. Slice each banana length wise cutting the banana in half down the center. Place the banana slices cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper. Using a large tablespoon drizzle chocolate syrup over bananas. Next drizzle peanut butter over chocolate and over bananas. When all banana slices are covered evenly add optional toppings, then sprinkle cinnamon and salt along bananas. Place in freezer for at least 1-2 hours or until bananas are frozen. Serve bananas frozen with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
