1/3 cup Mighty Fast butter or coconut oil
2 cups raw pumpkin seeds in the shell
4 tablespoons cinnamon
4 tablespoons sugar
After infusing butter in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside 1/3 cup to cool. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash pumpkin seeds, dry well and place in a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl mix together cinnamon and sugar. Pour in melted butter and mix seeds well. Add in cinnamon sugar. Mix well so that all seeds are coated. Pour mixture onto a large cookie sheet and heat in oven for 10-15 minutes or until seeds are lighty browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Enjoy while still warm or add as a topping to ice cream.
*pumpkin seeds are a super healthy power food. The outer shell is edible so need to peel before you eat.
