3 tablespoons Mighty Fast coconut oil
2 cups raw almonds
2 teaspoons sea salt
2 tablespoons coconut sugar or regular
2 tablespoons cocoa, cacao or carob powder
After infusing coconut oil in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. In a coffee grinder or high speed blender, blend coconut sugar, cocoa powder and salt together for 1 minute until mixture becomes a fine powder. Place almonds in a medium sized pan and toast on medium low heat until fragrant, mixing constantly, about 5 minutes. Leave pan on burner but shut off heat. Add in coconut oil and toss almonds with oil. Remove pan from heat and add in salted coconut sugar mixing well so that all almonds are covered evenly. Place almonds in a baking sheet making sure almonds are not touching. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
