1 cup Mighty Fast honey
1 cup coconut cream
After infusing honey in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. In a large pan over medium heat add honey and coconut cream. Mixing constantly with a wooden spoon, allow caramel to simmer until it reaches a boil. Allow mixture to boil, constantly stirring to prevent burning until the caramel is visibly sticking to the back of a spoon, approximately 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Caramel will thicken upon standing. Allow to cool before using or store in refrigerator. Coconut fat will rise to the top when in refrigerator, simply warm entire mixture on stove to reheat. Will last up to one week in refrigerator.
