1/4 cup Mighty Fast honey, agave or VG tincture
1 1/2 cups frozen fruit (any kind will do)
1/2 cup coconut water
After infusing honey, agave or VG, set aside above amount to cool. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. Pulse on high for 1-3 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Either eat right away or freeze for about 2 hours until solid. Remove solid sorbet from freezer, let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes then scoop out with an ice cream scooper or scrap with a fork so sorbet becomes a crushed ice consistency. Enjoy!
