1 cup Mighty Fast coconut oil
1 cup cocoa powder, raw cacao powder or carob powder
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons Peppermint extract
6 candy canes
After infusing coconut oil in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. Pour coconut oil into a medium sized pan over low heat. Add in cocoa powder and maple syrup and mix until smooth and creamy, about 3-5 minutes. Remove pan from heat and add in peppermint extract. Pour chocolate mixture into a greased or non stick 8×8 inch pan. Place candy canes into a large plastic bag. Using a rolling pin, gently crush and roll over candy canes until fully crushed and bag is filled with tiny pieces of peppermint. Sprinkle top of chocolate with crushed candy canes then sprinkle with sea salt. Place in refrigerator for one hour or until peppermint bark is solid. Break into pieces when ready to serve.
