1 cup raw cacao or cocoa powder
1 cup Mighty Fast coconut oil
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/2 cups crushed candy canes or peppermint candies
1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
After infusing coconut oil in The Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside 1 cup to cool. Using 1-2 teaspoons of Mighty Fast coconut oil, lightly grease a small baking dish on bottom and up sides. Place cacao powder, coconut oil and maple syrup into medium sized pan. Warm over medium low heat until well combined. Remove from heat and add in peppermint extract. Using a rubber spatula, scoop out mixture and spread along greased baking dish. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top of chocolate layer. Then sprinkle salt over candy canes. Place in refrigerator for up to an hour or until mixture is solid. Using a dull knife, break bark into pieces before serving.
*to crush candy canes simply place in a plastic zippered bag and gently tap with a mallet to get desired sized pieces.
