Mighty Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

2 tablespoons Mighty Fast infused butter or coconut oil
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup of your favorite protein powder
1/2 teaspoon chia or ground flax seeds
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar (raw, coconut or regular)
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup plant based milk, regular milk or water
2 tablespoons cacao nibs or chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. After infusing butter or coconut oil in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. Mighty Fast Butter or coconut oil should be in semi solid form, not melted prior to using in this recipe. Add all dry ingredients to a medium sized bowl and mix well with a fork. Add in Mighty Fast butter or coconut oil, vanilla and milk to dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Form dough into 6 balls and press gently onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack.
