Mighty Dark Chocolate Chia Pudding


1 1/4 cups Mighty Fast full fat cashew, almond,  coconut or dairy milk

3 tablespoons raw cacao or dark cocoa powder

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


After infusing milk in The Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. In a large bowl, using a wire whisk, blend all of the above ingredients together. Tightly cover bowl with tight fitting lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.  Mixture will be liquidy at first and as chia seeds absorb liquid, they will gel and pudding will thicken to pudding like consistency.
