Mighty Date Caramel Chia Pudding


1 1/4 cups Mighty Fast milk (cashew, almond, hemp or dairy)

1/3 cup chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract

16 medjool dates, pitted

3 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

optional: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs


After infusing milk in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. Soak dates in 1/2 cup hot (not boiling) water for 10 minutes. In a blender place soaked dates and water and all remaining ingredients. Pulse on high for 3-4 minutes or until well blended. Transfer to a glass bowl and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until chia seeds have soaked up liquid and pudding is thickened. Serve cold.
