Mighty Grilled Cheese
2 tablespoons Mighty Fast butter
2 slices of your favorite bread (sprouted, whole grain, gluten free, etc)
2 slices of your favorite cheese (cheddar, parmesean, etc)
1/4 avocado, thinly sliced
2 pieces cooked bacon (optional)
2 slices ripe tomato
After infusing butter in The Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. In a large pan, place 1 tablespoon butter and heat on low medium. Place both pieces of bread down on the butter moving the bread around so the butter soaks into bread. Flip both pieces of bread over adding the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter. Move bread around pan so other side is coated in butter. Place cheese slices onto each slice of bread. Allow cheese to melt onto both slices of bread before placing bacon, avocado and tomato on top of 1 slice of cheese then cover sandwich with 2nd slice of cheesy bread. Press down lighty using a spatula then remove sandwich from hea .Serve immediately.
