Mighty Olive Oil Roasted Pumpkin Seeds


2 cups pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup Mighty Fast olive oil

2 teaspoons sea salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon cayenne

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder


After infusing olive oil in The Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside 1/4 cup to cool. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash pumpkin seeds, dry well and place in a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl mix together salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic and onion powders. Pour olive oil over pumpkin seeds and mix well. Add in spices. Mix well so that all seeds are coated. Pour mixture onto a large cookie sheet and heat in oven for 10-20 minutes or until seeds are lighty browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

*pumpkin seeds are a super healthy power food. The outer shell is edible so need to peel before you eat.
