Ingredients:

1/4 cup Mighty Fast coconut oil

2 tablespoons Mighty Fast honey

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 cup coconut milk, almond milk or regular

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (coconut, greek or regular)

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

Preparation:

After infusing coconut oil and honey in The Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set side above amounts to cool. Place all of the above ingredients into a blender and pulse on high until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
