Mighty Pumpkin Butter


1/3 cup Mighty Fast butter

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon pumpkin spice

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup


After infusing butter in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. In a pan over low medium heat, warm butter, pumpkin puree, spices, lemon juice and maple syrup together, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Place in a jar in refrigerator until ready to use. Can be used as a spread on a bread or as a warm topping over ice cream, waffles or pancakes.
