Mighty Roasted Garlic

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Mighty Fast olive oil

2 large whole bulbs of garlic

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Preparation:

After infusing olive oil in The Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn garlic bulbs on the side and carefully slice off the top layer of skin, exposing the tops of the cloves. Place each cut bulb onto separate large sheets of aluminum foil. Lift sides of foil up, creating a bowl with the foil. Drizzle 1/4 cup onto each bulb, covering the tops of the cloves and allowing oil to drip down sides of bulbs. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon salt onto tops each bulb. Bring ends of foil upward and gently fold at the top, leaving space inside of package at the top of the garlic bulbs. Foil should not be touching garlic at top but rather create a pocket to allow garlic to steam inside of foil. Place foil packages onto racks in preheated oven and bake for 30-45 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and gently open foil cautiously as opening package will release steam. Garlic should be golden and soft. When garlic has cooled, gently push on cloves and garlic will slip out. Mash garlic and place on meat, veggies, toast or simply enjoy alone out of the bulb.
