Mighty Strawberry Ice Cream


2 cups Mighty Fast milk (dairy, soy milk is stable at high temperatures)

1 cup frozen strawberries

2 frozen bananas

1/2 cup sweetener (pure maple syrup, raw honey, agave, raw sugar)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


After infusing milk in The Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser set aside above amount to cool. Place cooled milk and all other ingredients into a high speed blender. Pulse on high for 1-3 minutes or until mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour ice cream into a bowl, top with fresh strawberries and enjoy immediately.
