Mighty Stuffing

1/3 cup Mighty Fast butter or olive oil
12-16 ounces croutons (can be gluten free or regular)
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 carrot sticks, chopped
1 small handful of fresh chopped rosemary, thyme & parsley
3 cups water or broth
salt & pepper to taste

After infusing butter or oil in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. In a large pot over medium low heat, warm butter. Add in onion and garlic and cook until fragrant and translucent about 5 minutes. Add in celery and carrots and saute for 3 minutes. Add in croutons and saute for 1 minutes. Slowly add in water or broth until croutons are moistened. Add in fresh herbs. Cover the pot, turn off the heat and allow stuffing to rest for a few minutes. Remove cover, season with salt and pepper and fluff stuffing gently with a fork. Serve with Mighty Gravy & Mighty Cranberry Sauce!
